About

A half-day engineering workshop from Oregon Life Sciences on design failure modes and effects analysis. Attendees work through the full method: identifying potential failure modes in a design, scoring severity, occurrence and detection, calculating risk priority, and building mitigation plans that actually get implemented rather than filed. The session covers how design FMEA connects to process FMEA and to the broader risk management file that regulators expect, and where teams most often go wrong by treating the exercise as paperwork. Geared toward design engineers, reliability engineers and quality professionals at Oregon hardware, device and life-science companies. Held at the Oregon Life Sciences offices at 2130 SW 5th Ave, Suite 210 in downtown Portland; registration and pricing on th https://www.oregonlifesciences.org/events/d-fmea-1026
